I utilise agile techniques and methodical approaches, and pride myself on being a full-spectrum designer with a diverse array of design activities in my tool belt. Not only do I deliver exceptional projects, but I also mentor and support project teams. The icing on the cake is my love for planning, incremental delivery, iron triangles, and roadmaps. As a Principal Consultant and People Leader, I spearhead the Strategy & Design capability in WA, leading a team that has achieved exceptional results and sustained growth. My responsibilities encompass coaching, role changes, performance and pay reviews, project support, and career development.
